Advik's Story: Firefighting Mode to Building Mode. 100 to 400 Crores.

Meet Advik

He is in the business of real estate. His father comes from a political background and is a high achiever. Loves all racket sports especially badminton and paddle. Found Defyn while doom scrolling on Instagram; got curious about the concept of achieving 10 years of growth in 2.

His Genius

Advik had a solid foundation — a sharp understanding of finances, strong business instincts, and a trusted ecosystem. His strategic thinking and credibility already got him to start and scale his own business to 100 crore Revenue within 2-3 years. Now, he wanted to grow faster and fulfill his childhood dream of becoming the largest wealth creator!

His Growth Strategy

His entire strategy was based on the value of his time. The game-changing revelation that happened in his consultation was that he was able to give only 2 hours of high productivity time to his business.

Admin, procedural work would make him feel annoyed, agitated, and drained. That itself cost him 2-3 low-productive hours a day (in the real estate business, this is unavoidable).

He would feel irritated and annoyed when people wouldn’t get it. That would cause him to just do the work himself and indefinitely delay delegating and thus mentoring.

A slightly confused, unnerved feeling with critical decisions would make him reevaluate his decisions over and over again, thus not allowing his natural intuition to flow.

His father's old conditioning and mindset would annoy him. So even if he wanted to, this feeling would make him run away and not actually sit and talk to his father, learn, enjoy and actually learn from his life experiences.
And a couple of more targeted shifts that would cause him to overthink, overanalyse, not do what he is supposed to, and not live up to his potential.

Rewiring His Neurology

A lot of this he did know; a lot of it was a blind spot to him. But what he did not have a choice in his mindset to actually be able to do. And that’s exactly what we did in this part.

We got his brain to develop new neurocortical pathways (using tools & techniques such as collapse anchor, alphabet game, reframing, parts integration, etc.).

This happens in deep altered states, some phenomenal trances, and for a lot of people - deep sleep. We call this Brain Integration.

(of course, we do not use any kind of machinery, medicines, or anything invasive in nature).

Outcome:

He started working on building systems and processes that he was procrastinating on for over a year. Started focusing a lot more on creating vision-based ownership for the team.

He was sitting on the negotiation table with very senior people from the industry – he did not let the curve balls affect him at all. In fact, he stood his ground and closed the negotiations with his terms and conditions.

Started playing more badminton and paddle (with all the extra time he had) and closed two new deals at the paddle court.

He always looked up to a senior person in his industry, he started spending a lot more time with him, and today they share a mentor-mentee relationship.

Within just 6 months, his business revenue went from 100 to 400 crores.

Today, his wife, his sister, and his brother-in-law are a part of Defyn and are leading a life of accelerated success.
